The Minnesota Department of Commerce requires every franchisor that sells in Minnesota to register its FDD, and it publishes those filings on its CARDS registry. Each brand's latest clean FDD in that registry gives us five details to copy. We record initial fee (Item 5), royalty plus brand fund (Item 6), expected starting investment (Item 7), if earnings figures appear (Item 19) and outlet count (Item 20). Every brand page links to the exact document, letting you check any number yourself.

We leave the figures unchanged, never rounding them into ranges or adding our own estimates. A brand that files a new FDD will see its row updated from the new filing.

Many pages carry a form where you may request help in one of three ways: a franchise attorney can review an FDD, a franchise consultant can suggest brands or an SBA lender can discuss a loan.
