Each outlet count, earnings figure, royalty, fee and cost is copied from a Franchise Disclosure Document on file at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, and every brand page links that filing. An FDD is the franchisor's own disclosure. Before signing or paying anything, read the current FDD from the franchisor, because figures can differ by state and change each year.

What the site gives is general information. Nothing here is financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and no brand is recommended. Choices about buying a franchise belong to you.

The site works as a lead generator. Practicing law, brokering deals, lending money and acting as a franchisor are outside what we do; we do not sell franchises either. Send the form and your request reaches one franchise consultant, SBA lender or franchise attorney; that provider may pay us for the referral.

When an attorney receives your request, this is attorney advertising. No attorney-client relationship with anyone is created by sending the form.

The site is provided as it is, even though we try to copy each figure exactly. As far as the law permits, Sinclair Benchmark Inc. has no liability for losses from trusting the site rather than the FDD.
