The single type of transfer Chick-fil-A permits

1. A newly formed company is required, and it must do nothing except run the restaurant.
2. Chick-fil-A, CFA or any other licensed marks must not appear in the entity name.
3. 100% of the entity must be personally owned and controlled by the Operator-Owner.
4. The entity's documents and equity certificates must say that restrictions apply to securities transfers.
5. The Assignment and Consent to Assignment Agreement must be signed by the franchisee and the entity.
6. Governing documents reasonably satisfactory to Chick-fil-A must be provided by the franchisee.
7. Good standing must be maintained for the entity.
8. The Operator-Owner must continue to give the business full time and their best efforts.
