Where to find a Burger King franchise for sale

No units for sale appear in the FDD. Owners use business brokers and listing sites. Ask Burger King's franchise team, too, if an owner near you is selling.

Pricing is up to the seller. Ask for profit and loss statements covering three years, and compare the price with opening a new Burger King, which costs $2,039,200 to $4,730,600.

Each figure comes from Items 6, 17 and 20 in the 2026 Burger King Franchise Disclosure Document. Burger King Company LLC filed this document with the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
