Before Jimmy John's approves a sale, what does it ask?

1. You meet all qualifications and standards, and no contract restricts you from making the purchase.
2. All amounts owed to the franchisor, its affiliates and vendors must be paid by the seller, who must also submit every required report.
3. For the 60 days preceding a transfer request, no default can occur.
4. Training is completed by the people the franchisor names.
5. Other documents and the then-current franchise agreement are signed by the seller or buyer.
6. The buyer agrees to upgrade the restaurant and remodel it, finishing the work within a set period after the transfer.
7. The franchisor approves the material terms, and the transfer fee is paid
8. If state law allows, the seller signs a release along with its owners where applicable.
