Where to find a Little Caesars franchise for sale
You won't find units on the market listed in the FDD. Business brokers and listing sites are how owners sell. Also ask Little Caesars's franchise team whether an owner is selling near you.
Pricing is up to the seller. Request three years of profit and loss statements, then compare the asking price with the $376,500 to $1,769,200 it costs to open a new Little Caesars.
Every figure here comes out of Items 6, 17 and 20 in the 2026 Little Caesars Franchise Disclosure Document. Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. filed it with the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
