What Anytime Fitness asks for before approving a sale

1. The seller must comply with the Franchise Agreement and supply all the information the franchisor requires about the deal.
2. The franchisor's requirements must be met by the buyer.
3. For the remaining term, the buyer signs a new franchise agreement using the form in use at that time.
4. All broker fees or commissions must be paid.
5. A transfer fee must be paid by the seller.
6. Subject to state law, the seller must sign a release.
7. The buyer must agree to complete any maintenance, remodeling and re-equipping that the franchisor considers necessary, including technology and security updates.
8. All required training must be completed successfully by the buyer's Principal Operator.
