Orangetheory Fitness approval requirements for a sale

1. The seller has to pay every amount owed to the franchisor and its affiliates.
2. The seller must not otherwise be in default.
3. The seller must sign a general release.
4. The seller must pay a transfer fee.
5. Meeting the franchisor's criteria, taking on all obligations and paying an acceptable purchase price are required of the buyer.
6. The buyer must successfully complete training.
7. The buyer must renovate or modernize the Studio.
8. The buyer must sign the franchisor's form of Franchise Agreement in effect at that time.
