1. Approval is required for the new franchisee (buyer).
2. Payment of the transfer fee is required.
3. The franchisor must approve the purchase agreement.
4. Arranging training for the buyer is required.
5. A release must be signed by the selling franchisee.
6. The current franchise agreement must be signed by the buyer.
7. A guaranty must be signed by the buyer's Principals and their spouses.
8. Full compliance with the franchise agreement is required from the seller and its Principals.
